Take back the control of your relationship with eating!
Behind most disorders, there is pain and fear. Underneath the traumas that are present in our system, we have dynamics that push us to think, speak and act in a way that is destructive in our lives and in our relationships. These dynamics block us from being at our full potential and provoke constant self-sabotage.
The Kundalini Yoga meditations that we use in the Wholeness Program will support you to clean your subconscious mind with incredibly deep effectiveness.
Embark on a journey of healing yourself
Wholeness is a seven-part meditation protocol, based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, practiced in a private one-on-one setting via Zoom.
In this online live program, we focus on eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating.
Júlia, an experienced yoga teacher guides you through these meditations.
You can choose to participate in the Wholeness Program for 7, 40, or 120 days in a row.
The practice takes place online, every day at the same time.
We work on the mechanisms of our subconscious minds (possibly governed by transgenerational and individual self-harming, self-destructive, neurotic, and self-defeating patterns) related to our eating habits.
What are the benefits of this program?
When this seven-part meditation protocol is perfected it minimizes, corrects, and cures these "out of control behaviors".

"The buzzword for me was "eating disorder". But I got something else, much more. I mostly felt it in the warm-up exercises, but always with the root chakra lock, that the energy starts to flow upwards from the second chakra and the chakra starts to clear. I felt this more and more directly as I practiced and it has now cleared completely. This has a great significance in that: My lower abdomen is not tight, I don't feel constantly bloated; I don't have a food coma after eating, which for me was a total loss of energy; and more importantly I no longer have a constant feeling of tension in my lower abdomen, which was causing me to not have enough room to breathe properly, which was causing my asthma. A few days ago I caught an upper respiratory infection. This had previously, - because of my asthma, - almost always required hospitalization, but at least steroid and/or antibiotic treatment. For two or three years now, I might have gotten away with a similar infection without them, but it requires very serious mindfulness (yoga, meditation, alternative remedies, methods) that lasts weeks rather than days. I don't want to shout it out now, but by the morning of day 4, I feel I've managed to get over the illness without feeling particularly stressed and most importantly without any asthmatic problems. As you can see from the above for me life-changing story, I am very happy to have been part of it and very grateful to you."

My childhood traumas flourished in the very beginning. The first half was dramatically triggering for me and the second half was the contrary, I started to enjoy myself being less self-demanding and accepting myself as I am in such a relaxed way that I never dreamed of. "

In my life, I have been affected by mood swings. At times I had a deep feeling of worthlessness, and all of a sudden the opposite, feeling empowered. I have also been a workaholic and obsessed with not getting over the BMI index of 18,5.
Ever since I started to practice Kundalini Yoga my self-harming dynamics have paled enormously or completely faded away.
I am a free spirit who loves to explore the human consciousness. I continuously reach out for more, learn and teach tirelessly.
For over 4 years I have supported people releasing what is in the way to follow their own truth and take a massive jump in their lives. I have been providing individual support for people in crisis, executives with addiction challenges.
I teach online classes to international groups and one-on-one on ADHD, PTSD, depression, chronic fatigue, lung cancer, and addictions. My daily disciplined practice has sustained a deep commitment to the Teachings of Kundalini Yoga which is a tested tool in transforming habits that normally would take years with a psychologist or an entire life to deal with.
I have worked with clients from Spain, Italy, Portugal, the USA, Poland, and Hungary and the results exceed expectations.
