Kundalini Yoga -
A human being is of 72000 nadhis (energetic channels), 3 gunas (sattwic, rajasic and tamasic qualities), 5 tatwas (earth, water, fire, air, ether), 7 chacras (Muladhara, Swadisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, Sahasrara) and 10 bodies (Soul, Negative Mind, Positive Mind, Neutral Mind, Physical body, Arc Line, Aura, Subtle body, Radiant body).
The practice of kundalini yoga makes you connect with these aspects and makes you be aware of your current state, prepares you to harmonize your energetic flow
- asanas (postures)
- pranayamas (breathing exercises)
- relaxation (parasympathic nervous system)
- meditatitive exercises (dharana, dyana, pratyhar, samadhi)
- with discipline and a humble attitude
Ideally you have a daily practice before sunrise or sunset 4-7 am/pm.
To experience the benefits, at least twice a week practice is recommended.
Kundalini yoga is a combination of yogic science, humanology and psychology dating back thousands of years.
We strive for a harmonious balance of the body, mind and the spirit in our practice. According to Kundalini Yoga, existence is being directed towards the infinite, being aware of its own finitude.
The practice invites you on a path of consciousness, which is about experiencing your true self.
The practice gives you core strength and steadiness, flexibility (both physical and mental) and an impersonal experience of your processes that in a larger scale brings confidence and trust.

Kundalini and I
My connection with kundalini yoga started in Budapest, it was a Xmas workshop that engaged me in a way that I started my practice in Málaga in Ek Ong Kar yoga center.
Soon I decided to do the Teacher Training so that I moved to Barcelona from Málaga where I was living since 2007 and with all my openness and curiosity regarding the spiritual teachings I attended the courses and workshops, practiced on a daily basis and observed my own process as a refreshing and enchanting experience.
