About me.

For almost twenty years I have been exploring one simple question:

What allows a human being to live with greater awareness, freedom and truth?

Everything I study and teach is an attempt to explore this question more deeply.

Whether through Kundalini Yoga, Karam Kriya or Cognitive Metaprogramming, my intention is always the same: to help people cultivate greater awareness, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and live with more clarity, freedom and compassion.

This is the prayer that guides my work.

My Journey -

Although my professional path began in finances, I was always searching for a deeper understanding of what shapes human experience.

In 2012 I discovered Kundalini Yoga. What began as a personal practice gradually became a lifelong path of study, transformation and service.

Since then I have dedicated my life to teaching Kundalini Yoga, exploring the contemplative science of Karam Kriya with Shiv Charan Singh.

Studying Cognitive Metaprogramming with Alex Escot, and integrating these approaches into a coherent way of supporting personal growth.

Rooted in Tradition

My path has been shaped by teachers who have profoundly influenced both my practice and my understanding of human transformation.

Kundalini Yoga became the foundation.

Karam Kriya taught me to contemplate life through numbers.

Cognitive Metaprogramming offered a language for understanding symbolic patterns of the mind.

These traditions are not only subjects I explore, they are practices that continue to shape my own life every day.

Alongside teaching internationally, I currently serve as President of the Hungarian Kundalini Yoga Association, supporting the development of the Kundalini Yoga community in Hungary.

Learning to read and chant in Gurmukhi has deepened my relationship with the original sound current and the Sikh tradition that gave birth to these teachings.

One of the most impacting thought came to me from Shiv Charan who said: stop fixing people.

Yoga, Karam Kriya and Cognitive Metaprogramming are not separate disciplines to me.

They are different languages pointing toward the same experience:

coming home to ourselves.

My aspiration is not to provide answers, but to create a space where people can listen more deeply to themselves, discover new perspectives, and walk their own path with greater awareness.
