Embark on a journey of healing yourself
Wholeness is a two plus seven-part meditation protocol, based on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, practiced in a private one-on-one setting or in a group via Zoom.
In this online live program, we focus on obsessive and compulsive tendencies such as preoccupation with food, hair pulling, nail-biting, concern with appearance (excessive exercise, diet, and supposed defects on the body), guilty rumorization, preoccupation with sexual urges and fantasies, need to have things in a particular order, repeated thoughts and worries, agressive impulses.
Júlia, an experienced yoga teacher guides you through these meditations.
You can choose to participate in the Wholeness Program for 7, 40, or 120 days in a row.
The practice takes place online, every day at the same time.
We work on the mechanisms of our subconscious minds (possibly governed by transgenerational and individual self-harming, self-destructive, neurotic, and self-defeating patterns) related to our avoiding habits.

In my life, I have been affected by mood swings. At times I had a deep feeling of worthlessness, and all of a sudden the opposite, feeling empowered. I have also been a workaholic and obsessed with not getting over the BMI index of 18,5.
Ever since I started to practice Kundalini Yoga my self-harming dynamics have paled enormously or completely faded away.
